Team Engagement Activity

It was a pleasure hosting the Speak Squad team for their spring team engagement activity last night (May 19, 2025)! The evening began with an informative presentation on autism and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy, presented by one of their skilled therapists, Connie Cabuena, followed by a creative and enjoyable painting session.

For the painting activity, participants paired up and were each given a kit containing paints and all the necessary materials. Every two minutes, partners exchanged canvases, building upon each other’s work—either by continuing the existing design or introducing a new element that challenged their partner to respond creatively. The result was a dynamic and engaging experience, and now voting begins for the most creative painting!
